A large BPO with several sites across the UK & Europe are on the lookout for an Account Executive to join the team at their flagship Tyne and Wear based manufacturing facility.
You will proactively manage allocated Client Accounts delivering a great customer experience from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Serve as the main point of contact for a variety of allocated customer accounts
-Handling telephone, fax, internet and e-mail enquiries
-Process enquiries, sales orders and purchase orders
-Liaise with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Production, Finance and Sales to ensure customer accounts are up to date
-Collation and production of weekly and monthly reports
-Stock management and reporting
-Management of documentation and retrieval systems
-Prepare and input production, purchase and sales orders
-Manage pricing enquiries and supply estimates
-Minimise cost and improve margin wherever possible
-Highlight any emerging trends or new business opportunities as they arise
Required Skills and Experience:
-World class customer service
-Good problem-solving skills
-Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
