A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a successful Grower and Supplier of Fresh Produce to join the commercial team in a key position, managing a variety of customers including the UK retailers.

The position of Account Manager will work closely with and support the Head of Commercial, joining a small dedicated commercial team taking responsibility for an allocated retail account and portfolio of key customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a successful commercial team, in a fast-paced, driven, and motivated environment. Key responsibilities include;

Communicate effectively with customers, building confidence, trust, and strong relationships going forward

Support customers with all queries, working closely to resolve any issues and concerns

Generate order forecasts and reports, with a key focus on achieving high service levels
Work positively with team colleagues to share and build customer satisfaction

We require;

Having worked within Fresh Produce, an understanding of fresh, short shelf products is key

Experience gained within a Commercial / Sales / Account Management position

Exposure to retail customer management is highly advantageous

Ability to work in fast paced environment and maintain accuracy

Organised, methodical, and proactive approach

A high level of communication skills

Location: Harlow; Essex

Salary: Up to £35k – dependent on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm, with some flexibility required
