As a Business Analyst within Key Group, you will be responsible for;
Being the key point of contact between Change (both internal and external) and the business for system / application and process improvement changes across the group in line with strategic objectives.
To analyse, document and support solutions for all business areas and to draft business requirement for peer review & sign off either via business requirement documents or user stories.
To design, model and implement new or modified system functionality and process improvement across the group via Visio/process modelling tools.
The Business Analyst will assist in the co-ordination of project team members, resource within the group and third-party companies. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, document outputs & own change requirements through to business acceptance.
Manage the customer / partners expectations by regular contact and business requirements progress updates and where necessary meetings.

Based out of head offices in Fulwood, Preston. Permanent, full-time role (37.5 hour per week). Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
What are we looking for?
Good knowledge of the UK mortgage industry and products would be advantageous (although not essential) along with previous experience of working in a FS environment.
Demonstrable track record in a similar role within an SME, in particular working in a Business to Consumer organisation.
Able to translate business requirements to business area and 3rd parties.
Proven ability in conducting meetings with key stakeholders to the business to capture requirements, establish user needs and gather all information required.
Proven ability in translating people’s ideas into tangible solutions.
Exceptional written, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at high levels to key personnel.
Able to contribute to business success including business process development or improvement.
Self-motivated with the desire and ability to manage under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
