Are you an experienced commercially minded business development professional, with strong relationship-building skills and an entrepreneurial approach? You could be the person responsible for developing the East of England territory for a leading provider of part-time professional finance teams to aspirational SME sized businesses. As a core member of the Business Development Team, you will work autonomously delivering on KPI’s and expanding your region and client base, enabling SME business’s to be more successful and happier. Who we are:We started in 2007 with 3 people. Jane and Tim started after responding to a LinkedIn Campaign, with the will to grow and learn. Here we are now, with 80 people and billing over 100 clients monthly! Steve, (Beds, Bucks and Herts B/D Manager) Quoted “I started here 2 years ago and now support over 26 clients in my region. Come join us ‘It’s awesome’ You will report to Jennifer, our founder, (referred to as ‘Jenn’ after a day in the business) Jenn is a dog lover and finance guru in that order. Her Business Development team consist of: Tim, Adrian, Adam, Steve, and Michael who have all developed and grown the business using our proven approach Don’t worry, this opportunity is not a franchise, and no upfront fees are required. Incomes of £100k+ are being achieved in our established regions. This dynamic opportunity will appeal to go-getter individuals, with a background or experience in business development and reporting tools. You will be seeking a new challenge and the flexibility self-employed and self-directed working, whilst working within the proven framework of an SME business with huge potential. Full support including marketing and training, will be provided. Key Responsibilities:

Create new business prospects through proactive networking and relationship building with new / existing partners and business contacts
Follow up new business prospects and win new clients
Manage client accounts (once established)
Lead the team of Financial Controllers and Finance Managers delivering services to clients
Full accountability for managing and further developing our business in the region
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and prospects; and activity reports within the CRM system
Essential Skills & Experience:

Demonstrable history of successful lead generation and introducer development
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a natural ability to nurture and build relationships
Ability to ‘connect’ with, and influence, SME Business Owners
Proven experience of solution sales and account management
Organised, dependable and entrepreneurial
Self-starter, results and outcome orientated
Open mindset and collaborative approach
