Community Support Team Worker
Location: Leeds
Salary: NJC Scale Points 18 – 23, starting at £24,982 pa / pro rata
Hours:
1x 22.5 hours per week – permanent
2x 37 hours per week – fixed term until 31 March 2023

The Community Support Team supports people with mental health problems who have been excluded from other services due to difficult or challenging behaviour and/or lack of suitable resources to meet their needs. Working in the community with a flexible approach, the Team provides individual and group support to service users living in their own home, or with carers, and those who are homeless.

You will need to have experience of mental health work, in a residential, day care, nursing or community setting. A relevant qualification is also desirable. CST work closely with partners based in Community Mental Health Teams throughout Leeds.
