Compliance Officer – £22,000 – £26,000 per annum (£13,378 – £15,810 pro rata)

We are looking for a part time (22.5 hours p/w) Compliance Officer to join the Governance and Compliance team at Response. The location of the role will be split between Oxford and homebased. Our main priority for all our roles at Response is to find people that can live our values every day. It is essential that you have experience in audit and health & safety in a similar role. Experience with housing-based systems, health & safety systems, Microsoft office and experience drafting reports relating to compliance for senior management.

The duties within any role vary from day to day. Some of the core duties within the role will include:

Develop and implement an effective compliance program

To measure and report compliance in relation to key performance indicators

Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals

Conduct risk assessments to highlight areas of risk and ensure these risks are reduced.

You will be required to work 22.5 hours per week- flexible working opportunities are available. Salaries vary depending on the role and experiences.
