35 hours a week (between the hours of 09.00-17.00) – 1 hour for lunch (some flexibility may be required according to workloads).

Job Description

To manage a high volume caseload of residential property sales and repossession sales, on behalf of a number of clients, including Mortgagees in Possession and Receivers appointed under the Law of Property Act.

Principal Accountabilities

Proactively managing a volume caseload, achieving tight deadlines and SLA’s.

Providing high quality, professional responses to complex enquiries in particular new build developments.

Assertive outbound calling, to expedite exchange and completion.

Liaising with our clients day to day, providing an efficient service and sound advice.

Assisting with the monitoring of quality, efficiency and risk within your team.

Identifying opportunities to improve your team’s performance.

Providing technical coaching to less experienced members of the team.

Participating in client review meetings, conference calls and audits, as required.

Delivering timely and accurate MI and client billing.

Technical Skills

Experience of working in a residential Conveyancing environment is essential

Proven skills in a volume environment

An understanding of the County Court System (and primarily “mortgage repossession actions”) is essential

An understanding of the legal environment

Competent use of MS Word and Excel

Experience of a case management system is essential
