What you will do
The role delivers our Customer Supply Chain Agenda for the Customer specified and is accountable for the management of our customer orders through to delivery, delivering exceptional service levels, achieving supply chain targets, and supporting our business growth. The role is aligned to our Commercial channels and you will work as alongside our sales teams to deliver our commercial plan.
A key area in this role is to execute operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, best in class launches and build truly collaborative customer relationships. This role will improve value and service to customers and increase supply chain efficiency while offering accountability and transparency into customer performance via a single point of contact.
Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders
Use retailer systems and information to drive KPI performance. Develop action plans
Plan and chair monthly customer meetings
Collaborative forecasting, planning and replenishment with customers
Execute promotions, events, range reviews, seasonal planning with customers
Ability to analyse data and derive insights
Able to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumen
