A background gained in Motor Insurance is essential for consideration in relation to this telephone based role which will involve:

* Taking inbound calls from customers with queries about, or looking to make changes to, their motor insurance

* Outbound calls to customers to chase outstanding items required to complete their policy

Working within the customer service department you must have exceptional attention for detail and provide a service of the highest possible standard. The successful candidate must have a strong can-do mentality and be comfortable in a high pressure call centre environment
