About the role
The Digital Content Manager will have key interface with external agencies on various projects and have responsibility for managing their contribution to the planning and delivery of communications campaigns, ensuring that they are fully aligned to our external affairs and digital strategies.
This role will report insights from social listening and analytics, translating digital and social data into actionable items for external affairs colleagues and other key stakeholders.
The Digital Content Manager will liaise with various internal departments to identify relevant content and information that will engage our key stakeholders and then be responsible for advising on and delivering this through the most appropriate digital channels.
As you can see so far, this role will require a lot of stakeholder management, so we would love to hear about your strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in omnichannel amplification and digital influencer outreach, digital and social media campaign management is important to us for this role, so we’d like to hear about any examples you have of this.
You’ll have the ability to identify, recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives.
