You’ll report to the Head of HR and work for an average of 15 hours per week under our agile working arrangements – that means working from our offices in Redcar or Scarborough, from home or anywhere else you choose, delivering the hours to fit around the needs of the role and your other commitments.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire others, and you’ll be highly organised with great IT skills. Obviously a passion and enthusiasm for all things fairness, respect, equality, diversity and inclusion is also a must!
