We have an opportunity for an Estates Manager to join a national provider of Open Space Management to look after all maintenance activities throughout the North West of England.

Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 Per Annum + Benefits (Listed Below)

Our company provides Management & Maintenance of Public Open Spaces throughout the UK, on behalf of residential developers.

With an ever-growing need for more new homes, alongside an increased focus on the environmental and sustainability factor by developers and the government, most new residential developments now require elements of Public Open Space to be incorporated into their master plan.

Due to continued business growth, we have a requirement for an Estates Project Manager to join a dedicated team managing & maintaining our public open spaces.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with estates management experience who wishes to develop their career further or a recent graduate who is keen to start a career in Estates Management.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Estates Manager, the Estates Project Manager will take responsibility for the maintenance of the sites within North West region whilst developing strong relationships with their team, contractors and residents alike. You will be based at our Head Office in Tarporley but will be required to travel to our sites in and around England and Wales therefore a full driving license with your own car is essential.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the countryside including the wildlife and ecology it supports
Highly motivated, reliable with the commitment to complete activities
Excellent team building and customer relations management skills.
Key skills Required

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Ability to prioritise workload
Capability to work both within a team and independently
Ability to use appropriate PPE and recognise the associated hazards with a high regard for personal and public safety
The Estates Project Manager Main Responsibilities

Carrying out site inspections and producing reports
Scheduling of maintenance, sourcing suppliers and contractors for sites
Reviewing tenders, issuing purchase orders and awarding contracts
Ensuring H&S Compliance
Arrange meetings with clients and maintenance contractors
