Facilities Co-ordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination/management of in-house/outsourced services in all aspects of operational facilities service provision. A key focus will be the management of compliance for all sites within a portfolio. In liaison with the Service Delivery/Service Support Managers who have ownership of the account and contract management function, the Facilities Coordinator is to ensure services meet the needs of staff, patients and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation and statutory requirements.

Ensure that the premises and the facilities functions that are delivered support the full operation of tenants clinical and non-clinical services, and provide a helpful and courteous service for patients, staff and the public.

Apply specialist knowledge across several disciplines to ensure all facilities and non-clinical site services continually improves the quality of the services they provide to patients, clients and others, to meet local and national initiatives and comply with all policies, procedures and legislation.

This role will be required to provide full disclosure and documentary evidence of vaccination status as part of our right to work process which is enforced as of 1 April 2022
