An excellent opportunity has arisen for an FM Project Administrator to join our M&E team in Bolton. The successful candidate will provide administrative support at office and site locations, ensuring the smooth running of the business or department. They will collaborate with employees (at all levels) and take part in the planning needs of the business/department.

Key responsibilities;

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from clients and/or tenants for reactive and/or planned maintenance work
Liaise with Reactive Engineers issuing reactive and planned maintenance works
Recording and reporting Engineers findings
Preparing reports for Senior QS for invoicing purposes
Ordering materials and supporting the team with quotes and contract renewals
Coordinate and implement office procedures
Use a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office & 3rd party products, and bespoke products such as Propeller, Asite and document management tools and internal databases
Create and maintain electronic / paper document management, including photocopying, printing and scanning
Prepare documents such as letters, reports, presentations and spreadsheets
Organise meetings including management of electronic diaries, ordering refreshments, sending invitations and taking minutesWe would welcome applications with the following skills; FM Project Administrator, Facility Management, Reporting, IT Literate, MS Office, Propeller, Asite, Document Control, Office Duties, Administration, Admin, Communication, Construction.

Additional Information

37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday. Monthly paid (28th of every month).

Essential Skills

Ability to demonstrate a good level of general education to GCSE standard in Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
NVQ 3/4 or equivalent, or a willingness to learn
Experience of working as an administrator in a busy office environment preferably in a M & E Office
Experience with a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office & 3rd party products such as Propeller, Asite, document management tools and internal databases
Ability to work as a multidisciplinary team, establishing good working relationships at all levels
Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrate strong time management skills
Work independently and act on own initiative, (proactive and forward thinking)
Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects on time and to a high standard, working to tight deadlines and under pressure
Problem solving attitude with eye for detail (attention for detail)Desirable Skills
