Graduate Property Manager Key Duties:
*Offer professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords
*Arranging pre-tenancy works
*Ensure the tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish
*Provide a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants
*Be able to advise on all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, including financial, rental, and legal matters
*Organise any necessary ongoing maintenance projects
Graduate Property Manager Requirements:
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Prior experience in a professional customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
*Ability to problem solve
*A passion for excellent customer service
*Exceptional communication skills over a variety of platforms
*Personable and positive, with the ability to work towards team success
*A desire to do a good job is essential
