An experienced HR Administrator to join a friendly team and established manufacturer in Poole (office based).

My client are a large manufacturing business and an employer of choice in the Dorset area, boasting a loyal customer base throughout the UK.

Your new role

As HR Administrator, you will join 3 colleagues in the team to provide a comprehensive HR administration service covering the complete employee life cycle – application, recruitment and selection, on-boarding, employment changes, performance management, training and development and off-boarding.

The team are one of the first points of contact for all employees and managers within the business, with responsibility for first line response enquires and all administration that enables and supports the complete employee life cycle.

Working hours are 40 / week, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, but you can also work 8am-4pm Monday-Friday (35 hours) if preferred (salary pro rata’d).

What you’ll need to succeed

This role will suit an experienced HR administrator or Assistant who has worked in a busy HR function. It will be an advantage if you are CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified, but the business are happy to support attaining the qualification in future if not.
