Our client is an insurance provider supporting a wide range of customers. Due to business growth, they are looking to offer a work from home opportunity that supports your lifestyle and the way you want to work! They are looking for experienced Insurance Sales Advisors to join their team. This role is remote so you don’t have to travel to Manchester.
Duties of the role include:
- take inbound sales calls from prospective customers who have generated quotes, either from their partners, a comparison website, or directly from our website
- take inbound renewals calls from existing customers, supporting them in arrange insurance policy renewals
- take inbound service calls supporting existing customers with a range of post sales support including policy changes, cancellations and general queries, addressing any customer needs and concerns
- follow the complete sales, service and renewals processes through to completion, ensuring card payment details and direct debits are completed accurately
- adhere to all compliance and quality standards including FCA Regulations and GDPR
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Passsion for sales and services
- Experience within financial services, preferably insurance
- highly resilient with strong attention to detail
- Good active listening skills
- Ability to support customers with concerns questions and ensure a positive customer experience
