On their behalf we are searching for a Legal Administrator to join them on permanent basis This role sits within their Real Estate projects team.
The role will involve:
Processing file closures – check appropriate documentation has been provided in both hard copy and on our Visual Files system, and flagging any missing documentation as necessary
Ensuring all required documentation is present and logged on our system
Liaising with conveyancers and other team members to resolve any outstanding finance issues and source documentation needed to complete files
Liaising with records management to deliver closed files ready for archiving
The ideal person for this role will have gained some administration experience already or perhaps you are a graduate looking for a legal role. In addition, for this role they are looking for someone who has meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under little supervision. The role will suit somebody who is looking to start out in the legal field or somebody keen to use skills acquired within a legal or administration field in a demanding, client led, environment.
