Customer Service, or Customer Support call handler vacancies are now avaiable in our Law Firm. Legal sector experience may be an advantage, although not essential.

A Customer contacts a law firm beacause they need help and support from a professionally trained Solicitor. Our Customer Support team are their first port of call and need to be open to discussing the clients issues, sometimes handling sensitive information.

By gathering as much information as possible at this point, paves the way for a smooth handling of their case, right through to completion. This role is perfect for tose looking to cut their teeth in a legal firm, kickstart your legal career and gain vital experience before progressing to a fee earning position.

We work full time hours, with varying start and finish times, but always within office hours. We offer a basic salary, plus bonus and an annual pay review. In addition, you’re rewarded with 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays, company pension and sick pay.
