Hours: 35 per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Circa £50,000

Location: Easton on the Hill (Hybrid arrangements to be discussed at interview stage)

Fixed term maternity cover – up to 14 months

We are currently recruiting for a fixed term Management Accountant (up to 14 months) to join our Finance Team in the UK.

The role provides financial support across key parts of the CIPS Business, across various regions and departments, for the Key Responsibilities set out below. The Management Accountant needs to have transferable skills, so that this role can support different parts of the business, in line with the needs of CIPS and/or to balance work appropriately among the team of Management Accountants.

The Management Accountant is responsible for guiding key Stakeholders in making sound business decisions in the long and short term, and responsible for business planning, forecasting and analysis and reporting, in line with local legal and group requirements to achieve short- and long-term business objectives for the areas supported.

It is essential for the successful candidate to be a qualified Accountant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-time production of full monthly management accounts, monthly reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts, timely follow up of reconciling items and other tasks as described within the job description.
