Brief Introduction to the Company:

Our client is one of the largest poultry producers and importers in Europe. They have just opened their new trading office in the UK and growing rapidly in the area. The new position became available for an experienced and well organised Office Manager. You will join the team of four people who will run the business in the UK with the support of Head-offices in Europe. Ideal candidate will be organised and confident in their ability to manage the office and admin. Its a great timing to join the early stage of this rapidly growing trading office in the UK, and grow with it!

Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Handle Documents flow: incoming letters, emails, phone calls
  • Manage Company’s procedures (budgeting, payments, invoicing, inventories, sales tracking etc.).
  • Confident ability to manage the office administrative functions.
  • Manage Invoice administration.
  • Arranging meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and ordering.
  • Manage service providers like mobile and Internet providers, car lease companies, insurance companies, legal partners, external advisors, cleaning company, owner of the building etc
  • Assist with service providers such as banks and insurance companies.
  • Support with company reporting (preparing data, documents and analysis)
  • Be ‘the heart of the organization’

Key Requirements for the Office Manager:

  • Understanding of SAP would be beneficial
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in an international company
  • Pro-active
