Operations Administrator

Element has an opportunity for an Administrator to join our growing team within our Warringtonfire business. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global Testing, Inspecting and Certification business. This role is initially a 18 month, fixed term, permanent contract.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Providing administrative support to the certification team
* Processing applications / providing quotations and other associated tasks
* Tracking audits and liaising with clients to gather information where necessary
* Monitoring scheme audit test schedules to ensure compliance
* Issuing certificates and entering information onto the certificate database
* Processing customers purchase orders and invoicing jobs
* Answering telephone to incoming calls and helping with clients enquiries
WHAT YOU NEED
* Experience within an administrative position
* Experience with working with databases
* Significant experience within customer service environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Knowledge of third party fire certification is desirable however not essential
* Self-starter with good organisation skills
* Proactive, logical and methodical with attention to detail
* Confident, punctual and well organised
This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. You must be confident of working alone but also at times in an office environment.
