Senior Tactical Operations Team Manager to £45k

The client is recruiting for an Operations Manager to organise, manage and ensure the implementation of operational plans for merchandising activities, with responsibility for people who are off site, operations, process, project delivery and strategy.

The aim is to deliver the highest quality of service and support to the account management teams, the field merchandising team and the clients.

Role and Responsibilities

  • To support the implementation of strategic & tactical projects
  • Manage the processes and performance of the Operations team.
  • Work with the Client teams to ensure all projects are prepared and delivered
  • Review workloads and distribution of tasks to ensure efficient delivery of services against deadlines for merchandising activities and projects
  • Analyse and improve organisational processes
  • Responsible for managing the Operations team
  • Engagement and development of all individuals.
  • Carry out team meetings and performance reviews .
  • Work with Field Operations Manager to monitor, improve and maintain effective administration processes and communications between the Field and Operations teams
  • Taking ownership of CeleroOne in house software
  • Improve effective communication links between all relevant stakeholders and departments
  • Arrange or conduct training for new initiatives
  • Support Head of Operations
  • Ensure high quality management of data

  • Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 0830hrs to 1700hrs (incl. 1 hour for lunch)
