Charity People are delighted to be working with a national charity that supports children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families, ensuring they get the very best care and support so that they can make the most of every moment together.

The organisation uses thankQ as a CRM for fundraising and for managing their organisational membership. The organisation is about to start a project of upgrading the server-based system and moving to a cloud-based version (Version 8.

6 to 10). As well as adopting the new system, the organisation will use the opportunity to look at processes, usage and training requirements related to ensuring the most effective use of this tool.

Location: Home based with occasional travel to Bristol once a month if possible
Hours: Flexible could suit part-time or full time, or job share;
a minimum of 21 hours per week
Salary: 30,000-35,000 pro rata
Contract type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract

Main responsibilities:

Accountable for ensuring appropriate project governance is in place to ensure resources are aligned, decisions are made effectively, and risks are mitigated
To manage and coordinate the project and working group, to agreed budget and timeline, using appropriate change management process to engage all key charity employees
Manage the internal project development process including scheduling and leading working meetings
Map process, journeys, agree principles and hierarchies with charity stakeholders
Act as lead liaison with solution vendor – Access Group/thankQ
Supporting working group and charity stakeholders with the process and requirements, including user testing
Providing support to digital lead with integration and development requirements i.
