An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our clients award winning, energetic and experienced lettings team in Harborne.

Person Requirements

Our Clients are looking for an energetic individual with a proven record in Property Management – dealing with a high volume portfolio and keeping on top of all aspects at all times. They will need to be organised, efficient and a great communicator. A person with an element of negotiating or viewings experience would also be desirable, but they must also have a proven property management background.

Role Outline

Account Managers have responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties for a corporate landlord and will be responsible for a specific purpose built student development(s) dealing with all aspects of lettings from coordinating references, drawing up tenancy agreements, rectifying all maintenance issues, carrying out property inspections, arranging safety inspections and negotiating tenancy renewals…. this role is challenging, rewarding and extremely varied, every day offers a different challenge.

Role Responsibilities

·Property management experience and experience of dealing with the general public in face to face customer service role

·An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants – Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels

·Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service ·Strong Organisational Skills

·Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail

·Driven and a real desire to succeed – Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation ·Proven Leader with excellent problem-solving capability

·Polished & Well Presented ·Genuine interest in property and people

·Full clean manual driving license is a must

·Enjoy an extremely fast paced and high-volume workload

·The role will involve some out of office appointments inspecting the condition of managed properties, checking in new tenants and checking out old tenants so the successful applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

·Experience, qualifications and desirables

·Previous property management experience desirable ·Previous lettings coordination experience essential

·Membership of ARLA desirable but full training is available

Hours – Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm Saturday – 9am until 4pm.
