This is an exceptional opportunity to join a 2021 Platinum accredited ‘Investors In People’ forward thinking company in their search for an experienced Sales Office Purchasing Co Ordinator on a full time, permanent basis.

About the role;

Customer focus is critical, along with well-developed communication skills and the ability to maintain effective role management, organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving experience and skill-set. You will need to be comfortable working within a fast paced, busy, time pressured environment with ever changing demands and tight deadlines. The emphasis of this interesting role will be to process sales and purchase orders, liaising effectively with customers, suppliers and transport companies alike. You will be responsible for the preparation of quotations, raising invoices, processing both sales and purchase orders and the inputting of various data. To add to the extensive variety of this role, you will also control and monitor stock levels, schedule and organise deliveries and carry out general administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Experience;

Essential

Experience within a similar role
Experienced order processor
Excellent administrative and customer service skills and experience
Knowledge of transport and logistics coordination
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to problem solve and deliver effective solutions
Ability to remain calm, focused and flexible whilst working to tight deadlines
Advanced level of computer literacy, incl. Excel, Word, Access
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
