A fantastic crossover role encompassing Logistics, Purchasing, Supply chain and Stores. Working in Park Royal with an award winning European leader that remanufactures PC printer inkjet cartridges as well as developing and selling an amazing range of Polaroid branded 3D Printers and Pens.

Your primary focus will be to coordinate the supply chain process ensuring products are efficiently moved through the different internal stages of production and distribution. Working closely within a highly motivated team in a fast growing environment. There’s lots to learn so this will suit someone who is great on details and is organised.

About Us:

We specialise in the supply of high quality private-label cartridges for leading UK and European high street, mail order and web-based channels as well as major office supplies’ resellers. The independent trade magazine, ‘The Recycler’, named us as the number one recycler of inkjet cartridges in the world!

The factory, collections processing centre, distribution centre and head office are based in Park Royal, North West London. The group’s sales currently exceed £30 million and we employ some 200 staff with operations covering the UK, France, Germany, Holland, Portugal and Spain.

Key Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Plenty (at least one full year) of office administration experience in supply chain/purchasing environments
+ Understanding of supply chain and relevant processes
+ Accustomed to working with and meeting time critical deadlines
+ Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) together with fast accurate keyboard skills
+ Natural interest and understanding of Excel – lots of spreadsheet work etc
+ Knowledge and experience of ERP systems especially SAP / SAP B1 an advantage
+ Outstanding communications, negotiation and customer service skills
+ Excellent written and spoken English and good numerical skills (A level Maths level)
+ Exceptional organisational skills, planning, prioritising and attention to detail
+ Independent with the ability to take ownership of activities, solve problems and complete tasks using own initiative
+ Methodical and Analytical
+ Positive ‘Can do, Will do’ attitude, proactive and results orientated with determination to see projects through
+ Track record of achievement and improvement in positions held previously
+ Live within 10 miles or one hour travel (whichever is the shortest) of NW10
