We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to manage a new Residential Service for young people with Learning Disabilities.
Registered Manager responsibilities include:
·The daily running of the homes
·Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
·Compliance with all current legislation relating
The successful candidate must have:
·2 Years management experience within young people’s services
·An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
·Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
·Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
