Pay:£18137 pa + OTE between £20-40K
Monday – Sunday on shift rota

Fortnightly payWhat will i do each day?…
You’ll join our inbound customer service team, who are the first point of contact for our customers
Every day will be different, but you will always be the friendly voice that welcomes and supports our customers, talking them through our different products and any details about their account.
Youll speak to a variety of different customers, who will be asking you a range of questions.
A good majority of the calls we receive are technical related calls regarding their services so you will need to be patient with our customers during these times.
You will be involved in handling complaints so having experience in objection handling is needed as you will need to understand why our customers are unhappy but also demonstrate why you are the right person to take care of them.Working from home requirements…
dedicated room with a closable door in order to minimise disruption,
broadband connection speed that is 5Mb or above
Internet connection will need to be a wired connection (Wireless is not possible).
