Location – South East / South with access to regional offices 1-2 days a week.

Remit – Sales Operations, Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Process Improvement, Cross Functional Collaboration, Reporting, Account Management, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting,

Package – £35k base salary + £5k bonus for the year (broken down in quarterly payments) + company car

The Role

An exciting position as Sales Analyst reporting directly to the Sales Director of a Global Multinational Technology Manufacturer has been created due to dramatic growth with sales management and divisional sales team expansion. This is a unique and highly responsible senior level, sales support and commercial operations role, where you will be a fundamental part of high level sales team strategy between the Sales Director and their Sales Operations and Finance Department. You will actively be involved in setting up and executing sales strategy and ensuring that the division maximises their sales performance by managing their financial strategies with key spending accounts. Furthermore, you will also be assisting in periodic high level external client meetings for the Sales Director, creating reports and financial models on their largest key accounts, calculating pricing, discounts and rebate structures on multimillion sales revenues.

Experience Required

You will be a sales, business or financial analyst that has had exposure to a commercial or sales operations division i.e. combining sales and financial information. The company has a wide portfolio of technical products so you must have great attention to detail and the aptitude to be able to familiarise yourself with a number of different products. Strong sales operations, customer service and account management skills alongside analysis are essential as you will be responsible for not just high level senior internal stakeholder engagement but external with senior decision makers of their largest key accounts.

The Package

Initial indications by the client are a base package range for the Sales Analyst of up to £35,000 with the ability to earn an additional bonus of up to £5,000 per year paid quarterly. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health care, dental insurance, pension scheme, sports social club scheme, lunch facilities on site and they have a flexible working policy of 1-2 days in the week office and the other 3-4 days working from home.
