The Purpose of the Role of Regional Sales Manager – Building Chemicals:
As Regional Sales Manager, your remit will be to manage a high performing team of field based Area Sales Managers across the East Midlands and South East England. The team sell a range of building chemical products into a receptive base of distribution accounts such independent builders merchants and a variety of trade wholesalers. In addition to motivating and developing your team’s performance, you will have responsibility for a handful of key accounts across the region.
For the position of Regional Sales Manager – Building Chemicals, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must have a field sales team selling to trade distribution channels
- Evidence of improving sales performance by mentoring and empowering your team
- Ambitious and driven to further their career
- Structured and organised approach to sales
- Excellent team working ability
- Must be well presented, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
- Great relationship and account management skills
- Driving licence & experience of using a CRM system
Benefits of this Regional Sales Manager – Building Chemicals:
- £50,000 – £60,000 base salary, plus uncapped bonus
