Your new role

Hays Healthcare require Service Advisors in West London – flexible hours and competitive salary

As a service advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers. Using NHS Pathways assessment software, you will assess the patient’s current condition and provide the relevant outcome. The majority of calls you will deal with will come from repeat callers or other healthcare professionals.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Good communication skills and experience of busy customer service environments
  • Be able to commit to 10 days of training
  • Must be able to commit to working a variety of shifts, including some unsociable hours
