Job Title – Site Manager

Location – Harrogate

Contract Works – Social Housing Improvements

Are you an experienced site/contract manager that is able to demonstrate excellent management skills within a social housing environment?

If so, this is an excellent career opportunity for you!

Our client is looking for a site manager to social housing improvements within the Harrogate area. Works include kitchen/bathroom refits, voids, electric and plumbing improvements.

Responsiblities include;

Ensure site teams complete work effectively, on time, safely and within budget
Manage the pre-planning of works by contucting pre-visit surveys
Proactively work with the customer liaison team to understand customer needs to prvent complaints
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to whilst managing quality and compliance standards

Experience of working within social housing is essential for this position.
