We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Administrator to join us at Philip Williams (part of the Aston Lark group) at our offices located in Warrington. Philip Williams (G Ins) Management Ltd specialise in providing tailored insurance schemes for groups and organisations. They are the UK’s leading provider of group insurance schemes to the Police Service, with over 35 Police Federation Branch Councils and large affinities entrusting Philip Williams to manage their Group Insurance Schemes.
We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. You will have responsibility relating to the administration of Philip Williams products. You will be acting as a technical resource for internal and external customers/contacts by providing answers to routine inquiries and coordinating responses; resolving problems and/or discrepancies which may involve research and data collection.

What you will be doing:
Providing a variety of administrative tasks, technical support and customer service duties, such as gathering, organizing, validating and/or entering data
Responding to correspondence, inquiries, and information requests, and resolve routine problems or escalating them as necessary.
Supporting technical staff which may include, creating documents, forms, spreadsheets, presentation material, etc.; reviewing incoming mail and determining course of action; preparing and sending out form letters.
Maintaining records and data which may include entering into databases/servers, developing tracking systems/spreadsheets, setting up files, etc.
Providing efficient and effective pro-active advisory service in all aspects of Insurance administration to colleagues and customers.
Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory controls.
Production and maintenance of monthly Management Information.What you need to bring with you:
Prior experience of working within an insurance technical or administrative role.
Comprehensive knowledge of related MS Office package.
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
