Technical Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join our Advertising Experience team building tools used by enterprises throughout the world to ensure the best-qualified job seekers know about and interview for their jobs.

Because you will be primarily focused on our Enterprise users, you need to thrive on taking complex problems and coming up with simple solutions.

You will be empowered to set ambitious goals for your team which should inspire and motivate them to think big. The goals should be simple to understand, few in number, and clearly communicated so your team and the rest of the company understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, and where we are headed. You will work closely with the development and UX teams on a daily basis, analyzing data, defining requirements, and implementing lovable features that drive our business.

Deeply understand our customers and users – their goals, their needs, and their constraints
Develop a product vision articulating how we’ll help our users meet their goals
Collaborate with an engineering team and other partners to deliver the product you envision
Work with our international marketing and sales teams to iteratively launch your product to our global user base
Carefully analyze feedback and product success in order to drive further improvements

Who You Are

Ideally will will have a strong mix of the below skills and experience:

Proven track record of executing through a full product lifecycle including researching customer needs, defining the product strategy, driving execution, product launch, and follow-through
Customer-centric and have a strong desire to understand your users’ perspective and need
Strong, cross-functional and cross-org collaborator
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A sense of urgency, ownership, and drive to get things done.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

Aberdeen 48,000 – 70,000 GBP per year
